General questions

Yes, we only accept online orders. Only then can we process all orders quickly and properly. For questions or assistance with ordering, please contact us by phone during business hours (Mon. to Fri. from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

Our rates are valid throughout the Netherlands with the exception of the Wadden Islands. Would you like to order a container on one of the Wadden Islands? Then please contact us.

Do you live in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen (NL)? Then the costs for the Westerschelde tunnel will be charged.

The container you pay easily via iDEAL, with your credit card or afterwards with Klarna. Do you want to pay afterwards with Klarna? Then you will be tested. It may be that a message follows that you are not accepted. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. You can still pay with iDEAL or credit card.

Do you pay via Klarna? Then you will receive an additional email from Klarna containing the invoice. Follow the instructions in the email to pay the invoice. The invoice must be paid 14 days after receipt.

Unfortunately, we notice that our emails end up in the spam box quite often. We advise you to check there.
You will receive two confirmations from us: First, a confirmation right after you place the order. After we have sent the order and the date is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation of this as well. We only do this within office hours, so there may be some time in between if you ordered in the evening, for example.

In the ordering process you will be given the option to choose company name. This will, when completed, appear on the invoice. You will receive the invoice directly after your order as an attachment. Please note that it may end up in your spam-box.

If you regularly need containers for your business (contractors, landscapers), contact us. Through the parent company Wastenet, you can rent containers on a contract basis.

Yes, if you cancel your order no later than one business day before placement before 4 p.m., you will receive a full refund. If you cancel later than 4 p.m., we will charge a cancellation fee.

The cost of canceling a container up to 10m3 is € 90.00. For containers from 15m3 the costs are € 150,00. These costs will be deducted from the amount already paid.
Have you ordered a Big Bag, but it does not need to be disposed of? Then you will receive a refund of the disposal and waste costs. In this case, you only pay the costs for the Big Bag. These are 39 euros, including shipping costs. The Big Bag is then your property.

Questions about waste containers

Orders submitted on weekdays before 4 p.m. are usually placed the next business day. You will receive email confirmation from us as soon as we in turn have received confirmation from the carrier.

In busy periods (e.g., summer months and special days), it is not always possible to place the container the next business day. It is then usually placed the day after. Tip: if you want to start a certain day, have the container placed a day earlier if possible.

Per day, all placement orders are scheduled by route. Placement time depends on the route of the truck. On the day of placement, we can inquire whether your container is scheduled for the morning or afternoon.

During busy periods, not all of our carriers give a time indication because they cannot always adhere to this. Tip: if you want to start a certain day, have the container placed a day earlier if possible.

Our carriers operate from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Containers are placed on the most efficient route possible, somewhere within this time. If you place the order for a container well in advance (2 business days), we can submit a request to the planning department for a day part. Please note that this does not always mean that the collector can fulfill this request. Sometimes there are unforeseen issues that cause the planning to run differently after all.

Tip: If you want to start a particular day, have the container placed a day earlier if possible.

The dumpster may remain rent-free for up to 4 weeks. Do you need the container longer? That's no problem. After 4 weeks you pay 15 euros rent per week for a container up to 10m3. For larger containers (14, 20, 40m3) the rent per week is 35 euros. Note: You have to indicate yourself that the container has to be disposed of. As long as no disposal order follows, a new rental invoice will be sent each week.

Please note that 4 weeks is our defined rent-free period. Municipalities in the Netherlands apply their own periods which can vary from 48 hours to 8 weeks. Therefore, always check this with your municipality.

The dumpster may remain rent-free for up to 4 weeks. Do you need the container longer? That's no problem. After 4 weeks, for containers up to 10m3, you pay 15 euros rent per week. For larger containers (14m3, 15m3, 20m3, 40m3), the rent per week is 35 euros.

The dumpster is not automatically picked up after 4 weeks. You inform us yourself when it may be removed.
You can do this as follows:

- Using the drain button in the order confirmation email.
- Through the disposal form on the website
- By phone
- Via the chat

If the skip stays longer than 4 weeks, rent will be charged from that time on. The rent is € 15,00 per week for 3m3, 6m3 and 10m3 containers. For Roro skips 14m3, 20m3 and 40m3, a rental fee of 35 euros per weather is charged. If no disposal order is issued, a rental invoice will follow once a week.

The price of a container is determined by the waste type and capacity size of the container. The prices indicated include all costs: 4 weeks of rental, BTW, transportation and handling costs.

Are there additional costs?

We charge an all-in rate. However, this is based on a number of conditions:

1. The correct waste type is in the container at disposal.
If there is a waste type in the container that is "more expensive" than the waste type ordered (e.g. rubble ordered and construction waste disposed of), a correction invoice will be sent for the additional cost.

2. The container can be placed and removed freely and safely.
When the driver cannot reach the container or cannot place the container due to space, an empty trip is charged. Also when the container is overloaded so that it cannot be safely moved, an empty trip will be charged.
An empty trip is €90,- incl. BTW.

3. There are no mattresses or electrical appliances in it.
Mattresses are not allowed in the skip due to fire hazard. Also not in a bulky waste skip. Should the waste disposal company find a mattress, the costs of €50 per mattress will be charged.

Electrical appliances are subject to a surcharge per appliance of 40 euros. In the Netherlands, these must be taken to a recycling place. This can be done at hardware stores, the municipal yard and electronics stores. Thrift stores also accept appliances to repair or use for parts.

4. The skip stands for longer than 4 weeks.
After 4 weeks you pay €15,00 rent per week for 3m3, 6m3 and 10m3 containers. For larger skips the rental price is €35,00 per week. You have to indicate yourself that the skip has to be disposed of. As long as no disposal order follows, a new rental invoice will be sent each week.

The final content of the container determines what the cost will be. It is quite conceivable that you assume rubble but that some construction and demolition waste will end up in it. Let us know by phone or email before the container is removed. Then the waste processor knows where to deposit the waste. After disposal, we will send you a correction invoice for the correct type of waste.

After disposal, the processor checks the contents of the container. The container will be processed based on its contents. In case it contains unauthorized waste, the processing fee will be adjusted and you will receive a correction invoice of the additional costs. Do you know in advance that there is other waste in the container? Report this to us with the disposal order.

When asbestos and/or asbestos-like material is offered, the entire container contents are processed as being asbestos. This is due to cross-contamination of the asbestos and/or asbestos-like material with the other waste. Costs for processing asbestos are very high. Do you suspect the presence of asbestos? Then never just throw it in the container. Please contact us.

Containers are placed throughout the Netherlands. However, a surcharge applies on the Wadden Islands and in Zweeuws-Vlaanderen (NL). Always check in advance what rules apply in your municipality for placing containers.

The trucks drive the containers (with a net) along the highway. It is therefore important that no waste can blow or fall off. Our guideline is that waste may be filled to a maximum of 20 centimeters above the edge (if stable) with the exception of the Big Bags, the 20m3 containers and the 40m3 containers. These may be filled up to the edge.

The driver decides on location whether he feels it is safe to drive the container. Should he decide to leave the container, he may be charged an empty trip for this.

If the container or big bag cannot be disposed of, we call this an empty trip. The cost for this is € 120,00 incl. VAT. For large containers (15m3, 20m3 and 40m3 containers) the cost of an empty journey is € 175,00 incl. VAT.

Questions about Big Bags

This depends on what kind of waste is generated by your job. Look at the waste types, on these pages you will find for each type of waste what is and what is not allowed in the Big Bag.

There is no maximum rental period for the Big Bag. When the Big Bag is full, you can indicate through the pickup form that the Big Bag may be picked up.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Only from our own Big Bags can we guarantee the quality required for disposal.

The disposal and processing of the waste is included in the price of the Big Bag.
Don't you want to use this service afterwards? Then we can settle this. The cost of the Big Bag and shipping is 39 euros. The difference will be refunded.

May the big bag be disposed of? If so, please fill out this form.
The big bag will be removed within 5 working days. Big Bags are allowed a maximum of 2 meters from the public road, must be freely accessible to the driver. Make sure no cars are in the way.
If the Big Bag cannot be removed and the driver has driven for nothing, an empty trip will be charged.
