These conditions of acceptance have been drawn up to clarify the ground rules that apply when disposing of waste through ContainerOnline.

The terms and conditions of acceptance are subject to the general terms and conditions.

Scope
These acceptance terms apply to anyone who has waste disposed of by ContainerOnline or a party engaged by ContainerOnline.

Acceptance
The client is obliged to make it known if waste materials are offered that do not belong to the acceptance category for which an agreement has been entered into with ContainerOnline and for whose benefit the container is placed.

Acceptance terms for waste containers & dumpsters

Use of the container
For all types of containers, the load may reach a maximum of 20 cm above the rim (if filled stably) of the container. The customer must place the container to be emptied and/or transported on the day it is emptied and/or collected ready for use on the public road, or on an easily accessible site that is connected to the public road, or at a mutually agreed location that is easily accessible free of charge for ContainerOnline personnel and equipment. On the emptying day, any lock must be removed as otherwise the container cannot be emptied. Any additional emptying will be charged to the customer.

Waste collection.

The following wastes will not be accepted:
(small) Hazardous waste, medical waste, asbestos-containing substances, toxic waste, radioactive waste, vegetable and animal oils and fats, offal, PVC, white and brown goods, (car) tires, dredging, waste oil, discarded equipment and waste containing ozone-depleting or fluorinated greenhouse gases.

Construction and demolition waste
Construction and demolition waste is mixed waste usually released during construction, demolition and renovation. A construction and demolition waste container may not contain any monostream (1 type of waste) and the waste must be at least 70% recyclable. allowed is:
Bulky waste, rubble, concrete, bricks, plaster (max 5%), wood, metals, paper/cardboard, plastics, plastics, household goods, construction film, flooring materials, insulation materials, glass (max 2%), packaging materials (max 2%).

The following wastes will not be accepted:
Hazardous waste such as sealant cans, paint cans, batteries, oil or fluorescent tubes, asbestos or asbestos-like material, electrical appliances, organic waste, waste covered by the Destruction Act, household waste, roofing waste (bituminous and tar-containing), substances that can react explosively with water, air or other waste, loose soil or sand (only adherent allowed).

Bulky waste
Bulky waste is mixed waste that is usually released when houses, buildings and sheds are cleared and vacated. No monostream (1 type of waste) is allowed in a bulky waste container and the waste must be at least 70% recyclable. allowed is:
Household goods, flooring materials, paper/cardboard, plastics, plastics, rubble, concrete, bricks, plaster (max 5%), wood, metals, construction film, construction and demolition waste, insulation materials, glass (max 2%), packaging materials (max 2%).

The following wastes will not be accepted:
Electrical appliances, paint cans, organic waste, household waste, roofing waste (bituminous and tar-containing), hazardous waste such as sealant ducts, batteries, oil or fluorescent tubes, asbestos or asbestos-like material, waste covered by the Destruction Act, substances that can enter into an explosive reaction with water, air or other waste, loose soil or sand (only adherent allowed).

A-Wood
The following waste materials are referred to as A-wood:
Unpainted solid wood such as beams and pallets, free of contaminants such as plastic, cement residues, paper, etc. The wood may contain nails and screws. Fittings and bolts thicker than 10mm should be removed.

The following wastes will not be accepted:
textiles, sand, rubble, soil, roofing materials, paper, metals, corrugated sheets, plastics, glass, coarse fiberboard, particleboard, plywood, hardboard, softboard, harvested and pruned wood, fire-damaged wood, railroad sleepers, impregnated or otherwise preserved wood, chemically contaminated material, Rotting or moldy wood, asbestos or asbestos-like material.

B-Wood
The following waste materials are referred to as B-wood:
Painted or unpainted wood, doors, frames, pressed wood, Chipboard whether plasticized or not, hard and softboard, used wooden furniture without covering (no wicker - or rattan furniture). The wood may contain nails and screws. Fittings and bolts thicker than 10mm should be removed.

The following wastes will not be accepted:
Plastics, textiles, sand, rubble, soil, roofing materials; paper and cardboard, Fiberboard with cement mortar, impregnated wood, impregnated sleepers, grubbing and pruning wood, roots and stumps, wood from fire damage, metal parts larger than 200x100x5 mm and anti-magnetic metals, chemically contaminated material, Rotting or moldy wood, asbestos or asbestos-like material.

C-Wood
The following wastes are referred to as C-wood:
Railroad sleepers (stripped of metal plates and bolts), impregnated or otherwise preserved wood, coarse fiberboard

The following wastes will not be accepted:
A-wood, B-wood, textiles, sand, rubble, soil, roofing materials, paper, metals, corrugated sheets, plastics, glass, brush and prunings, wood from fire damage, chemically contaminated material, rotting or moldy wood, asbestos or asbestos-like material

Clean debris
Clean rubble refers to the following wastes:
Concrete rubble, masonry rubble, paving rubble with up to 10% sand , cured residual concrete and masonry mortar, wall tiles, floor tiles, bricks, pavers, gravel tiles, concrete tiles, roof tiles, reinforced concrete(with iron).

The following wastes will not be accepted:
Gypsum products, rubble with soot or asbestos, piecework rubble, aerated concrete, asphalt concrete, plastic, paper, wood, sand pollution (may be up to 10%)

Gypsum
The term Gypsum refers to the following wastes:
All types of gypsum and aerated concrete, Gypsum and aerated concrete may be delivered mixed.

The following wastes will not be accepted:
wood, wood fiber boards, compressed straw boards, insulation material, soil, sand, dredge, stone or concrete rubble, wallpaper, vinyl remnants, stucco and/or plasticized particle board, roofing waste or remnants of adhered roofing leather, wet plaster, asbestos or asbestos-like material

Roof Waste
The following wastes are referred to as roof waste:
roofing gravel, roofing leather, tar and bituminous adhering material (insulation), 10% wood and other demolition waste.

The following wastes will not be accepted:
Rubble, wood, metals, plastics, glass, textiles, hazardous waste, asbestos or asbestos-like material

Green waste
Green waste refers to the following wastes:
Branches, pruning waste, garden waste, shrubs, green waste, grass, reeds, grass clippings, bamboo, leaves, turf with no more than 5 cm of soil and no more than 25% of the total content.

The following wastes will not be accepted:
Anything that does not compost such as: tree stumps, wood, debris, paper, plastics, packaging, iron, adhering contaminated soil and sand, contaminated park waste, Japanese knotweed.

Garden Waste
Garden waste is mixed waste usually from the garden. A garden waste container may not contain a monostream (1 type of waste) and the waste must be at least 70% recyclable. allowed is:
Green waste, pruning waste, wood, rubble, construction and demolition waste, plastic and wooden garden furniture, metal, household goods and turf with a maximum of 5 cm of soil and a maximum of 10% of the total content.

The following wastes will not be accepted:
Asbestos-containing or asbestos-like material, corrugated sheets, tires, roofing waste-roofing tar, bitumen, roof gravel with adhering material, hazardous waste, small chemical waste, electrical appliances, batteries (corrosive or irritants), organic waste, Japanese knotweed, residual waste/household waste, soil/sweeping debris.

Soil
The term soil refers to the following wastes:

Sand, earth, soil, clay, short cut turf. All without contamination.

The following wastes will not be accepted:
rubble, asbestos or asbestos-like material, Japanese knotweed, other wastes such as plastic, paper, wood, etc.

Residual waste

Description

Any waste released from the operation of a business that is not suitable for recycling and can be processed in an incinerator.

Permitted

  • All non-recyclable but combustible waste from businesses. Dimensions should not exceed 30 x 30 x 60 cm.
  • Office waste, canteen waste, packaging material, paper and cardboard >95%.
  • Organische reststoffen (etenswaren), blik en/of glas <5%

Not allowed

  • Substances that cause a nuisance odor.
  • Incinerated waste.
  • Chemicals and other substances that may cause harm to human, animal or crop health or damage to soil Asbestos-containing and asbestos-like materials.
  • Explosive wastes, fireworks and flares.
  • Burning or smoldering debris or substances that develop and/or ignite flammable gases on contact with water.
  • Environmentally hygienic, aesthetically and/or technically difficult to process waste materials such as specifically
    hospital waste, agricultural film, mattresses, car tires, insulation material (glass and rock wool, EPS) and the like.
  • Radioactive substances and substances emitting ionizing radiation and materials that have been exposed to such radiation and can be expected to emit such radiation.
  • Closed or partially or completely filled drums, drums, cans and other packaging material whose contents cannot be directly controlled.
  • Cooked food waste (swill), meat and fish waste, cadavers, offal and feces
    Sand, soil, stone and (concrete) rubble.
  • Liquids and liquid wastes, pasty wastes such as specifically full cans/kit tubes
    Dust-generating and dusty wastes.
  • Large solid, non-combustible fabrics.
  • Bundled fabrics, such as bales of paper, film and plastics.
  • White and brown goods such as refrigerators and other electrical appliances, batteries and accumulators

Fair use policy

The rates per emptying or subscription are based on a specific weight of 90 kg per m3
for residual waste.

Paper / cardboard

Description

Paper and cardboard completely free of other waste materials, which is immediately suitable for recycling.

Permitted

Paper and/or cardboard 100%, not being (color) printed matter (newspapers/folders)

Not allowed

  • Asbestos-containing or asbestos-like waste.
  • Newspapers/Folders.
  • Binders and/or ring binders.
  • Plastic and plasticized parts.
  • Wet paper and/or cardboard.
  • Organic waste/pollution.
  • Burned paper and/or cardboard remnants.
  • Heats, smoldering and burning objects/parts.
  • Other (hazardous) wastes and pollution.

* If the above substances are present in the waste stream, ContainerOnline BV reserves the right to refuse or accept the waste in question at modified conditions.

PD

Description

PD is a waste stream consisting of a mix of used, shake, pour or scrape empty packaging from companies located in the Netherlands, consisting of plastic and/or beverage cartons

Terms

PD companies should be offered as follows:

  • In dumpster or drop off container preferably in PD bags
  • PD bags must be transparent in order to inspect the PD waste collected. Non-transparent bags will be grounds for rejection.
  • The container must be min 85% full, and should be emptied at least once a month

Permitted

P: Plastic bottles and vials

  • Bottles for water, soft drinks, milk, fruit and vegetable juices, oil and vinegar
  • Squeeze bottles, cups, trays, bags and tubs for food products
  • Vials for detergents, shampoo and soap
  • Materials such as caps, lids, wrappers, seals and labels may be present

Above packages with the following specifications: length ≤ 75 cm, piece weight ≤ 500 grams and volume ≤ 5 liters.

D: Beverage cartons

  • Cardboard containers of water, lemonade, wine, milk, custard, yogurt, fruit and vegetable juices, soups and sauces

Beverage cartons, consisting of cardboard/PE or cardboard/aluminum/PE

All PD containers should be (scrape) empty

Not allowed

  • Metal beverage and canning cans, aerosol cans , caps and lids
  • PVC packaging
  • Paint cans, sealant tubes and Styrofoam
  • Agricultural plastic and pond liner
  • Contaminated packaging
  • KCA, packaging of chemical waste (chemical symbol, bottles with child-friendly cap)
  • Scraps of paper, cardboard and foil, cardboard cups
  • Medicinal and hospital waste such as blister strips, hypodermic needles and mouth caps
  • Toys, air mattresses, lawn chairs, crates and video and cassette tapes
  • Housewares and utensils (buckets, drip rack and the like)
  • Product foreign material such as stones, rubber, textiles, wood , incontinence material, electronic devices, glass, vegetable fruit and garden waste
  • Animal waste such as cadavers and offal
  • Batteries and accumulators

Bottle glass

Description

Bottle glass that has served as packaging material, is not contaminated with chemicals or liquids and is free of any other waste readily suitable for reuse.

Permitted

  • Elastic, candles, paper, cardboard, plastic, green waste (flowers, plants), sponges, rope, wood, gloves and other contaminants that are not fermentable or compostable
  • Orange peels (collect separately)
  • Egg shells and shells of peanuts/nuts
  • Animal cadavers, thick soup bones and mussel shells
  • Chemical waste
  • Contamination by mineral oils, pit grease or other (chemical) contaminants
  • Used fats from households
  • Plastic and/or paper bags (including no compostable bags)

Coffee grounds

Description

Leftover ground coffee beans after brewing coffee.

Permitted

  • Only coffee grounds without packaging

Not allowed

  • Packaging or packaging materials (bags/boxes/glass/cans/bottles/caps/cardboard)
  • Other fruits or food scraps
  • Plastic
  • Residual waste

Cardboard coffee cups

Description

Cardboard drinking cups with PE coating.

Permitted

  • Used, empty, clean cardboard cups ( pour empty, printed or unprinted)
  • Unused cardboard cups. (printed or unprinted)

Not allowed

  • Soiled cardboard cups with food residue.
  • Cardboard cups filled with objects/packaging/food waste (such as tea bags).
  • Burned cardboard cups
  • Mixing with other paper and cardboard streams

Terms of delivery

Cardboard coffee cups are collected, in dumpsters, in plastic bags provided for this purpose. This catches the moisture left behind.

Confidential paper (archive)

Description

(Office) paper and bundled paper containing confidential information.

Permitted

  • Office Paper
  • Paper bundles fitted with staples, paper clips, folders, sheets or binders.

Not allowed

  • Wet cardboard or paper
  • No pollution as cardboard, newspapers plasticized paper and cardboard
  • Contamination of the paper with other wastes.

** Wastenet collection works exclusively with CA+ certified records processors. Destroyed according to CA+ standard means that confidential documents are destroyed within 24 hours of collection. Transport is carried out with special trucks equipped with a secure locking valve. Collectors from a CA+ certified company are extensively screened.
