Soil
Remove soil or sand? When excavating a garden or building a house, you may have soil left over. Skips and Big Bags for soil are available in 1, 3 and 6 cubic meters. Please note: based on the postal code, we check whether the area has been declared clean. If this is not the case, we will contact you. Only in that case you need a clean soil declaration.

What is a clean soil declaration?
A clean soil declaration is a declaration that the soil is clean and therefore there is no serious soil contamination. Soil contamination involves large amounts of hazardous substances in the soil. These are often substances such as heavy metals, oil, asbestos, pesticides, volatile aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), dioxins or chemicals such as cyanides. The clean soil declaration is needed when you are going to build or renovate and apply for a building permit.
How do I get a clean soil declaration?
You may have received the clean soil statement when you bought your home, for example, because you had your own research done on it. For houses built after 1992 there is often a declaration at the municipality. You can request this from your own municipality. If there is no clean soil declaration, you have to do your own investigation. In this research one or more soil borings are made. Then the soil samples and the collected groundwater are analyzed. On Omgevingsdienst NL you can find all the environmental services in the Netherlands that can help you obtain the declaration.
Recycling of soil
ContainerOnline ensures that soil is reused in the same form. It is therefore important that no pollutants enter the skip. Where the soil is dumped, you can often pick up soil.
