Garden wood what is it?
Rent a skip for garden wood? We distinguish 3 types of wood waste. This waste skip is for type C wood. This includes impregnated wood (for outdoor use) or otherwise preserved wood. This so-called garden wood is treated against e.g. weather influences and is therefore resistant to mold and wood rot. Think for example of wood from a fence or (railroad) sleepers.
Do you have wood that has been treated with paint, varnish or stain, or untreated wood? Then choose a wood waste skip. If you also have other yard waste, choose a mixed yard waste skip.

How do you recognize garden wood?
Garden wood is also called type C wood. This is wood that has been impregnated or Wolmanized. It is preserved so that it is highly resistant to mold or wood rot, making it well suited for outdoor use. Often fences or sleepers fall under C-wood. How to recognize impregnated wood? Usually impregnated wood has a green glow. This is due to the copper in the wood from impregnation.
Recycling garden wood
