Collecting coffee cups
Cardboard coffee cups can be properly recycled. The coating on the inside of the cups and the cardboard on the outside are separated in a process and both streams become new raw materials. Coffee cups often make up a large part of a company's residual waste. Collecting coffee cups separately will significantly reduce the volume of residual waste. So besides being a good environmentally conscious choice, it saves on waste costs.
Coffee cups are collected in 240-liter or 660-liter wheelie bins.
NOTE: Always use a transparent garbage or wheelie bin bag. This is because there is always some moisture coming out of the cups. This is also mandatory for collection.

Why rent a wheelie bin for coffee cups?
A large part of our corporate waste consists of coffee cups. Coffee cups should not be thrown away with the paper and cardboard because they have a coating that prevents leaking. Also, other paper and cardboard gets wet due to coffee residue, so it cannot be recycled.
Coffee cups usually end up in the residual waste, but this is a shame because they can be recycled into raw material for new paper. By collecting coffee cups with a wheelie bin, you also ensure that the amount of residual waste is reduced.
